Security without displacement of future tangible and intangible objects

Abstract

The new Law of security without displacement, contained in law No. 20.190, 2007, already in the definition of the concept it regulates (article 1) admits the possibility of pledging as security future tangible and intangible objects, and immediately offers some pertinent norms it its articles 9, 14 and 37. This article offers a complete presentation of the system of this concept, based on the aforementioned legislative data and in the dogmatic discipline, which in general, present the future objects and the actions over them.
